The mymueller® service portal to go online

The call up of operating instructions, thumbing through the spare part catalogue and ordering parts online via a desktop, tablet or smart phone will all be possible using the new mymueller® service portal, which following a debut appearance at the ITMA ASIA 2018 before an extensive circle of customers, will subsequently go online.  

Müller service is soon to go online with operating instructions, spare part catalogues and additional information regarding all the latest machines, which in other words add up to everything that you as a client need to operate your Müller machines.
The mymueller® portal functions on a browser base and will offer a high level of user comfort. The three-dimensional presentation of machines, components and single parts furnishes quick overviews and thus simplifies the finding and definition of the components to be purchased. You will be able to draw up individual shopping lists and templates for the repeat orders of fast moving parts and thus tailor the portal to precisely meet your needs. Moreover, naturally enough checks on the delivery status of your order will be possible at any time.
Initially, the mymueller® service portal will start with an overview of the key functions of your machinery park, operating instructions and spare part orders. In the following years, the portal will then be enlarged to include supplementary tools and information elements.
