Information measures due to COVID 19 pandemic

The health and well-being of our employees and their families are of utmost importance to us. Due to the current situation around the COVID-19 pandemics, measures have been implemented at the Jakob Müller Group - both with regard to the protection of our employees and to ensure the continuation of operations.

Jakob Müller AG produces in parallel at several locations. Our raw materials are sourced globally. Our secure supply chain enables us to generate the greatest share of the added value within our group and in Switzerland. For this reason, we continue to guarantee our delivery reliability to date.

As far as possible, many of our employees work via home offices. Your contact persons can be reached at normal office hours via email or by phone. If there are any delays in communication, we ask for your understanding.

For the time being, there will be no personal customer and supplier visits, either at your company or at our place in Frick, since your health as well is of course utmost importance to us.

We are of course able to organize corresponding meetings via modern electronic communication channels (e.g. via web conference). Please contact your corresponding contact person in Frick.

We are confronted with new events and new circumstances every day.

This requires flexibility.
