Receipt of your application will be confirmed by email. Your application documents will be checked individually. After consultation with the department concerned, we select the candidates for the first round of interviews. You will receive an email asking you to call us in order to make an appointment.

During the call you will receive further information about the first round of interviews. In addition to you, the participants in the conversation are usually the responsible person from the concerned department and someone from HR. If this first round of talks goes well, we'll invite you to a second round of talks so that we can get a comprehensive picture of you - and you of us.

A confirmation will be sent by email within the first few days after your submission. It takes a maximum of two to three weeks for the incoming applications to be evaluated by the managers of the concerned departments. Immediately after the assessment, you will receive an email in which you will be informed what the next steps are.

The dates for the proceeding rounds of interviews depend on the size of the group of participants and the number of applications. At this stage we keep in very close contact by phone and email, which we will be maintained until the end of the selection process.
